The process

How the process works

From CT scan to surgery to recovery, every step is planned around your anatomy and your timeline.

Step by step

Your journey, mapped

More than surgery

A successful knee replacement is more than surgery

Surgery gives you the knee. Rehabilitation teaches you how to use it. A knee replacement may reduce pain and improve function, it does not create a brand new 20-year-old knee.

01

Preparation

Clear evaluation, medical readiness, and informed expectations.

02

Surgery

Custom implant + experienced surgical team in a modern facility.

03

Rehabilitation

Structured recovery shapes the long-term result.

If plans change

Cancellation & postponement

Cancellation

If surgery is cancelled, medical and organizational costs can be refunded, except the custom implant once manufacturing has started. The implant is patient-specific and cannot be transferred to another patient.

Postponement

If surgery is postponed by 6 to 12 months, the implant can often still be used. Longer delays may require reassessment because the knee may have changed.
